Fortnite Player ESP Guide: Box ESP, Skeleton Tracking, and Health Indicators

Fortnite ESP for PC: box ESP, skeleton tracking, health bars, plus radar for players and bots and loot category visibility.

Fortnite ESP is the vision layer: it draws what the game already knows about other pawns and items onto your screen. This guide groups the whole awareness set—box ESP, skeleton tracking, health indicators, radar for players and bots, and loot category filters—so you are not reading three overlapping articles for one overlay tab.

ESP does not move the mouse. That is aimbot. ESP also does not change how Easy Anti-Cheat loads; the draw path still sits on an external or DMA read.

Box ESP

A box is the cheapest read: 2D or 3D edges around a player capsule. 2D boxes stay readable at range. 3D boxes follow the mesh and help with height—someone above you on a ramp vs someone in the basement of a POI.

Color by team in Duos and Squads. Enemy vs squadmate vs knocked should never share a hue. Thickness of 1–2px beats a neon fill that hides the build you need to edit.

Skeleton tracking

Skeleton ESP draws bones. You see crouch, jump, piece control, and whether a player is holding a pump or an SMG from pose and arm lines. That is the difference between “someone is behind that wall” and “they are peeking right now.”

Occluded skeletons (drawn through walls) need a max distance. Unlimited bones in late-game third-party chaos paint the whole zone. Many operators draw full skeleton in close FOV and boxes only past that range.

Health and shield indicators

Health ESP is a bar or text for HP and shield. It answers whether a peek is a crack, a 50/50, or a waste. Pair it with box color: low HP can shift the box without extra numbers if you want a quieter HUD.

Knocked players should drop off or change state. Chasing a downed pawn across storm while a full-health third sits in the box is a classic overlay misread.

Radar: players and bot locations

Radar is ESP on a compact map: dots around you instead of world-space boxes. In 2026 many playlists still mix human players and AI bots. A radar that tags bots separately stops you from rotating on dummy pressure or wasting utility on an AI push.

Use radar for rotate calls and third-party timing. Use boxes and skeletons for the fight you are already in. If both are maxed, you will look at the radar during a piece fight and lose the edit.

Loot ESP and category visibility

Loot ESP is the same draw path pointed at items. Category filters matter more than “show all loot.” Weapons, heals, mobility, and high-rarity floor loot should be separate toggles. Grey clutter in a POI is slower than no loot ESP at all.

A tight loot config keeps mythics, gold, minis, big pots, and mobility on screen, and hides ammo you already have. Distance caps belong here too: you do not need a green AR pinged from 200 meters while zone is closing.

Readable configs next to Easy Anti-Cheat

Draw distance, opacity, and how many entity types you enable change how busy the overlay is—and how it looks in a clip. Stream-proof options hide the draw from capture cards; that is a display flag, not an EAC off switch. Session protection still loads as described in Fortnite anti-cheat explained.

Start with boxes + health, add skeleton in close range, then radar, then loot categories. Score that stack in the feature comparison instead of turning every slider on day one.

The maintained Fortnite cheats overlay ships box, skeleton, health, radar, and loot filters in the same vision tab so you are not mixing three pastes.

FAQ

Is box ESP enough, or do I need skeleton too?

Boxes tell you occupancy. Skeletons tell you pose and peek timing. If the HUD feels loud, keep boxes at range and skeleton only inside a shorter distance.

How is radar different from world ESP?

Radar compresses player and bot locations onto a mini-map style widget. World ESP draws on the 3D view. Radar is for rotates; boxes and bones are for the fight in front of you.

What should loot ESP show by default?

Heals, mobility, and high-rarity weapons. Hide grey clutter and ammo you already stack. Category filters are the whole point of loot visibility.

Can ESP run without aimbot?

Yes. Many configs are vision-only. Add aimbot later on a hold key if you want assistance in the same FOV you already track.

Does max ESP distance help more?

Usually not. Unlimited range paints bots, storm fighters, and third parties you cannot reach. Cap distance, then raise it only if you miss rotates.
